How do you make your Gifs?

»I first download the videos with YouTube Downloaded  or the movies from here x, I screen cap the video with KMPlayer. Then to make the Gif I use Photoshop cs5.For further information and instructions you can watch videos on YouTube or Google it.
*sordinos has an amazing gif tutorial.
*Note: To make the Gifs work,they must be UNDER 500KB.
and a very good size is 500x300 or 500x50 to be both big and under 500KB ;)

» Unfortunately i have no idea. I’m not an expert in photoshop:/ Just by the time i got used to it and i found out some “secrets” of Photoshop and then it gets easier and easier.
